- Enter the Bride’s Information (Name, CNIC number, date of birth, education, religion, nationality, and mention if orphan or disabled).

- Enter the Groom’s Information (Name, CNIC number, date of birth, age, and education).

In the second phase of the Punjab Dhee Rani program, only 1500 couples are being assured of marriage. In addition, all those applicants who submitted their applications in the previous phase but could not be selected should submit their applications this time as well and become a part of the Punjab Dhee Rani program. All those who have already applied for the Punjab Dhee Rani program have the right to apply again.
- 1500 new marriages will be conducted in the second phase.
- Each bride will receive Rs. 100,000 as a salami gift, which can be withdrawn through an ATM card.
- Dowry items worth Rs. 206,000 will be provided, including the Holy Quran, prayer mat, wooden double bed with mattress, glassware, dinner set, and other essential household items.
